To our Friends and Neighbors,

To ensure the safety of those we serve and our staff during this time of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Collvins Memorial Funeral Home will continue to adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and disinfection of the facilities.

If arrangement conferences are to be made in person, we ask that the conference be limited to immediate family. If you or a loved one live out of town or are unable to attend due to travel restrictions, we will make every effort to accommodate your involvement in the arrangement conference via phone, email and/or Facetime.

Collvins Memorial Funeral Home will address public visitations per the family’s wishes. We will be limiting the capacity to 50% or less at a time for viewing and ask that attendees practice social distancing and refrain from physical contact if at all possible. Our commitment to the families and community is to continue to provide the same high level of care and services to you all as we have in the past.

Until further notice, public services held in a place of worship or other facility will be left to the discretion of the place of worship. Services held in the funeral home will be limited to a capacity of 50% or less. Collvins Memorial Funeral Home is actively working to provide alternative avenues for the community to be a part of the funeral services during this time and may include Facebook Live, Live Streaming or other possible streaming services. We will continue to conduct graveside services for burial and cremation under these same guidelines.

Our website www.collvinsmemorialfh.com and our Facebook page are always available to read obituaries and to leave your condolences to support the families we are serving.

As we respond to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that Collvins Memorial Funeral Home will remain active and prepared to serve our community.

The health and welfare of the families we serve, along with our staff is our highest priority. We still believe that supporting one another at a time of loss is of utmost importance. We will continue to closely monitor any and all developments concerning this situation. We urge everyone to follow good personal hygiene, actively try to stay healthy and if you or a loved one are ill, please seek medical advice and stay home.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns; we are available 24 hours a day. Thank you for trusting and allowing us to serve you and your family in a time of need. God bless you all.

Sincerely,

Stefanie and Robby Collvins and Staff

Our Services

It doesn't matter how you honor them, just that you do.

When planning a service, you have many options available to you and we will do all that we can to provide a beautiful and respectful ceremony. No matter your choice, we can offer you a space to join with family and friends in grief, comfort and love. And above all, we will do our utmost to honor your loved one. We will be happy to go over all your options and answer any questions that you may have.

FUNERAL SERVICE

A funeral service is a special time for family and friends to comfort one another, begin to find healing and celebrate a life. Whether you choose burial or cremation, you can hold a gathering to honor your loved one. We are happy to provide a more traditional ceremony or something completely unique. Many cultures and religions have special traditions and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. This is a moment for you and your family and we are honored to help you in any way that we can.

MEMORIAL SERVICE

Just like a funeral service, a memorial service is a time to remember your loved one. This can be held shortly after death or weeks later, with or without your loved one physically present. What’s important is that it creates a time and a place for family and friends to gather together and support one another, share memories and pay their respects. We can hold a memorial service at our funeral home, the final resting place, your home or other venue.

BURIAL

A casket burial is a service with many options you can choose from. We can provide you with a wide range of options to help you make a selection specific to your needs; a visitation, viewing or wake with a closed or open casket; a funeral service at our funeral home, church or private home and a graveside service at a cemetery. You can choose whether you’d like a public or private service or a combination. It is entirely up to you how you wish to pay your respects.

CREMATION

Cremation is a popular option for many people for a wide variety of reasons. You can have a traditional funeral service before a cremation or a memorial service at any time with or without the urn present. You can keep the urn, scatter the cremated remains or have the urn buried in a grave or columbarium. When choosing a cremation, we’re here to offer you a meaningful ceremony.
